• Can I purchase from your website?

  We are wholesale suppliers of Esbelt lingerie and therefore only supply to retailers.

• I’m a retailer. How do I open an account?

  You will need to speak to one of our sales managers before you can open an account. Getting in touch is easy, please either register on our site, or simply send an email to sales@esbelt.co.uk.

• I’ve just registered on your site. How long until I am approved?

  It generally takes up to 48 hours for your registration to be approved. We will contact you first so please ensure that you have left your correct contact details.

• Where can I get your price list from?

  Please register on our site to access price lists, media and other downloadable content.

• Do you offer any discounts?

  We offer a number of standard discounts.

  1. 5% pro-forma discount
  2. Quantity discount: 2% on orders over £500 & 5% on orders over £1,000
  3. Free delivery on orders over £250

  We also offer seasonal and ad-hoc promotions via our company newsletter. There’s no need to register for our newsletter, you will be automatically added to our list when you have opened an account with us.

• What is your minimum order quantity?

  We don’t have a minimum order quantity but please be aware at orders under £250 will be subject to a £12 delivery charge.

• How do I order?

  Once you have opened an account with us, please email your order to sales@esbelt.co.uk.

  *Please note, we only accept orders that are completed using our Esbelt Order Form. This form can be downloaded from the Downloads area of our website, or alternatively by emailing us at sales@esbelt.co.uk.

• How do I pay?

  The only form of payment we accept is Bank Transfer.

• Do you deliver outside the UK?

  We are the Head Office of the UK and Ireland Esbelt operations and therefore cannot deliver outside of our territory.

• How much does delivery cost?

  Orders of £250.00GBP or more are Free. Any order under £250GBP costs £12.

• How long does delivery take?

  We offer ‘fast dispatch’. That means that we aim to dispatch your items within 48 hours provided you place and pay for your order before 2pm Monday to Friday. This excludes weekends and national holidays.

  We use reputable 3rd party carriers therefore cannot guarantee delivery times; however, most orders are either sent Next Day or 48 hours, unless specified.

• Should I buy a size smaller than I am?

  We advise against buying sizes smaller than you are. All of our shapewear products are designed to give the right amount of pressure for your current size.

• Do you have any products that don’t contain latex.

• Which products are suitable for waist training?
